1. Ticket Purchases
All tickets purchased for Becoming Human Again events are considered final sale. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, or personal changes in availability.
Tickets may be transferred to another participant if the original ticket holder is unable to attend. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the event organizers no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
2. Early Bird Pricing
The Early Bird Discount for the 5-City Becoming Human Again Tour provides a $2,000 savings off the full ticket price.
This promotional pricing is available for purchases made on or before April 1, 2026. After this date, all registrations will revert to the standard ticket pricing.
Early Bird purchases remain non-refundable but retain the same transfer eligibility outlined above.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the event organizers.
Tickets are not considered secured until payment has been successfully processed.
If payment plans are offered, failure to complete the agreed payment schedule may result in cancellation of the registration without refund of prior payments.
4. Event Changes
Becoming Human Again reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, locations, or programming when necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to speaker availability, venue adjustments, travel disruptions, or safety considerations.
Any such changes will not constitute grounds for ticket refunds.
5. Educational and Informational Content Disclaimer
Becoming Human Again events are designed to provide educational, leadership, and personal development experiences.
All presentations, discussions, and materials shared during the event are provided for informational purposes only. The organizers, speakers, and affiliated partners make no guarantees regarding specific business, personal, financial, or professional outcomes resulting from participation.
Participants are responsible for applying insights or recommendations at their own discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
By attending a Becoming Human Again event, participants acknowledge and agree that the event organizers, hosts, speakers, partners, sponsors, and affiliated entities shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, or issues arising from participation in the event or from the use or interpretation of any information shared during the program.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
7. Media and Recording Consent
Becoming Human Again events may be photographed or recorded for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.
By attending the event, participants grant permission for their image, likeness, and voice to appear in event-related media, unless written notice requesting exclusion is submitted prior to the event.
8. Code of Conduct
Becoming Human Again is committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment. Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward speakers, organizers, and fellow attendees.
The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the event experience for others. Removal from the event will not result in a refund.
9. Travel and Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, lodging, and transportation unless explicitly included in the ticket package.
The event organizers are not responsible for travel disruptions, cancellations, or related expenses.
10. Agreement to Terms
